RT8251

RT8251为内建功率级MOSFET的DC/DC单芯片转换器，可在宽输入电压范围内达到5A的连续电流输出，并具有良好的负载与电源电压调节率，电流模式操作提供快速的瞬时响应与简易的回路稳定架构。此外并提供了逐周期形式的限流机制与热关断保护功能，操作于关机模式时，只有25μA的低电流消耗。另可藉由所自行设计的缓启动机制，降低启动时产生过大的输入电涌与输出电压峰值。RT8251只需要少数的外部组件，并支持WQFN-16L 3x3 与SOP-8 (裸露焊盘) 两种封装。
